[TriLUG] Trying to install Centos 6 on Dell PowerEdge 1950

I’ve never had a problem installing alternate OS’s off a CD or USB with a Dell 1950.  I didn’t do anything special.



What kind of disks to you have?  What type of controller.  You may have to load a driver for Centos to see them.  Also if you have the SBUU DVD, could you remaster it with the Dell bits in place of the RH bits on the DVD?
