[TriLUG] cut the TV cable

I would normally recommend the Amazon Fire TV
<http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CX5P8FC/> because it supports Kodi Media
Center (formerly XBMC) very well, and has powerful hardware (quad-core ARM
krait 300 with 2GiB RAM).

It also supports Netflix, Hulu Plus, Amazon Video, HBO Go, PBS/PBS Kids,
Pandora, Spotify, etc.

It has a bluetooth remote and supports games and bluetooth gamepads.

My main beef is the recent jackass decision to remove Kodi from the Amazon
App store because it "...can be used to facilitate piracy".

Ironically, this happened the same day that Google approved it for the
Google Play store.

Of course you can still sideload it, but it's a PITA to access.

Kodi is not for piracy; it is a great Media Center for streaming your media
from your home NAS.
