[TriLUG] IPv6 and OpenWRT

I just upgraded my OpenWRT router and now see an IPv6 address from Time
Warner!

The OpenWRT default configuration is working, and some of my traffic is
using IPv6 addresses. I want to customize things now, but have some
questions.

The address I get from Time Warner is
2606:a000:bfc0:93:8d5f:e813:42a6:283b/128

The LAN has these address ranges:
IPv4: 10.88.89.1/24
IPv6: 2606:A000:1115:C4A7::1/64, FD37:DE43:7DF9::1/60

One of the machines on my LAN (moose) has this address:
IPv4: 10.88.89.255  Mask:255.255.255.0
IPv6: fe80::feaa:14ff:ac72:c159/64 Scope:Link

My first question is why is the address for moose an address range
("/64")? I would expect an address that ends in /128 instead of /64.

Also, why isn't moose's address in one of the address ranges listed for
the LAN? I would expect it to have an address that starts with
2606:A000 or FD37:DE43.

And also, what should I be looking for in the config settings to give
moose its own Internet address, so it's not NAT'd. It looks like Time
Warner's given me 2606:A000:1115:C4A7::1/64 and so I should be able to
give moose an address such as 2606:A000:1115:C4A7::2/128.

Thanks for any help!
