[TriLUG] What is the correct reverse dns set up for multiple domains on one server?

Unlike forward DNS, reverse DNS is controlled by whoever controls the IP
address, not the domain name. In other words, you would need to get TWC to
create a PTR for you. Having PTR records in your own zone does nothing.
Since TWC is unlikely to do this for you, I think this might be a dead end.
Having said that, did you already set an SPF policy, etc.? You can actually
specify that DHCP-based domain name as a valid address to send email from
for your custom domain. Alternatively, use a hosted SMTP server for sending
email, where you can se the PTR record yourself.
