[TriLUG] OT: Local Supplier for Small Metric Tap?

Hi LUGgers,

A project I'm building requires some components to be installed on a
heat sink.  Due to the narrow fin spacing, I can't drill through-holes
and use nuts and bolts.  The remaining option is to find a small enough
tap and thread the holes. 

Does anyone know if there's a local store that is likely to have a 3
millimeter tap?  The size M3-.50 appears to work best.
