[TriLUG] Virus Question

Several of you were kind enough to respond and the general thinking seems to be that I should not trust the drive again, and I agree.  Fortunately, having done a full backup last week, I only lost 1 week's worth of work, which I can work around.

Matt,

Most likely the ransomware was delivered through opening a pdf from an
email. The three cases I have worked on were delivered that way.
