anyone have a halfway decent pc or workstation for sale?  doesn't need 
to be amazing, just something to replace my ten year old system that can 
no longer render web pages in anything approaching real time (which 
probably says more about the state of web design than anything else, but 
that's another topic).  low noise and the ability to drive two dvi 
displays is desirable.  thanks
