[TriLUG] Google Fiber Triangle Build out

Lots of orange cables, huts,  etc.
But web is dark about timing (unless someone has found a neat URL).

Anyone have any chatter about when services will be delivered?
Will they be opening one neighborhood at a time or all at one time?

I live in west Raleigh near Ridgewood Shopping Center/Wade Avenue.

Pricing seems to be $70/mo or $300 construction and $0/mo for seven 
years for basic services.
