[TriLUG] GPLv2, GPLv3, or Expat?

Hi all,

I've almost finished UMENU2. Documentation, packaging and licensing
remain.

The three licenses I'm considering are the Expat license
(http://directory.fsf.org/wiki/License:Expat), the GPLv3 license
(https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html), or the GPLv2
(https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html). The GPL
licenses are copyleft, Expat (which resembles the X11 license) is
permissive.

Any thoughts on the subject?
