[TriLUG] Google Fiber Triangle Build out

That's what they told me, until I looked at my bill, that had suddenly gone up $30. I was paying for that speed bump. I told them to take that crap off my bill, as it was supposed to be a free upgrade - per the news release on TWC's own website.
The funny thing is that last weekend while shopping, a couple of TWC sales guys stopped me and asked, "Excuse me, can I ask you a quick question? Who do you have for internet, phone and TV service?"

I replied, "You guys, until Google Fiber is live."

They bid me farewell immediately.

I am also wondering if/how much they will drop their prices.  When AT&T showed up with fiber last year, they already increased speeds at each tier commensurate with their speeds/pricing on Kansas City where they compete with Google Fiber.
