[TriLUG] Google Fiber Triangle Build out

A few months ago I was invited by an HOA to an HOA meeting w/ Google, as
technical adviser. I asked the Google reps whether we will have the $300
construction + $0/mo for slow (DSL-ish speed) option, which Kansas City &
Austin, had. The Google reps told me, emphatically, that we will *not* have
that option.
