[TriLUG] new - old linux help

Thanks for all the responses, sorry for the delayed response. My
Windows-10 laptop went belly up shortly after my query with a failed
HD. I had been wanting a better laptop anyway so I purchased a new one
HP Win-10 laptop on sale from Staples, got it mostly recovered, and an
auitomatic Windows update put in a bad graphics driver and it took
Staples Support, HP Support, and finally most of a day with MS support
(including several hours of hold time) to get it completely resolved. I
am just now getting caught up with things.

I have always done my web pages by hand and although I have looked at WP
a couple of times I always decided to continue without it. But doing
them by hand is getting more complex every year so maybe it's time to
try some type of CMS. For now I will have enough learning curve just to
get started with a Pi so I plan to continue without a CMS for now.

Roy, Why are you planning to switch your DNS/DHCP server from Raspbian
to CentOS ???

I use a RPi3 with Centos7 as a desktop for my Ham Radio stuff so it will
function that way as well.

I have another RPi3 setup as a DNS/DHCP server using Raspbian, but it
will probably move to CentOS7 soon.
