[TriLUG] Best Parking for TriLUG SELinux Hack Night at Caktus

TriLUG,

I have some great feedback from the TryPython group in reference to parking
for SELinux Hack Night at Caktus in Durham.

They recommend: Park in the municipal deck on the other side of the Arts
Council across W. Morgan St. The entrance to the Caktus Tech Space is on
Morris St.

I checked the event pages below and it appears there are no events that
would interfere with parking.

Caktus is close to the Durham Convention Center, Carolina Theater, and
Durham Arts Council which all might have events which take up parking in
the area.

It's walkable to the DPAC and the Durham Bulls stadium but those events
don't have nearly as much impact on the parking in the Morgan St lot in my
experience hosting TriPython events at Caktus.
