I've got a functional UPS *minus the battery* from APC. It's about 4 years 
old. The battery was removed and recycled and I never bothered to buy a new 
one. I'll sell it for $75, you can order replacement batteries from APC, 
check out Batteries+ or make your own if you are so inclined!

This is a good UPS, inclues the necessary data cable. Has an LCD display 
that gives a clear readout of load, incoming voltage, other nifty features.
