[TriLUG] Time Warner Spectrum connectivity (ssh) problems

      So I have noticed since last week that during daytime when I try
to ssh into my home the connection freezes after a while, which can be
a few seconds to minutes. And that forces me to kill the ssh and try
again. After 6pm it works fine for hours on end (I did try it last
night since I was at work until 7pm).

Am I the only one experiencing that? I will probably run a commandline
speed test just to gather data.
