I've been using pflogsumm: https://jimsun.linxnet.com/postfix_contrib.h

It gives totals of received, rejected, bounced, per hour traffic,
senders and recipient list, and reason for message rejection such as
needing a fully qualified domain name, domain not found, or hit from an
RBL.
