You could choose to operate under part 107, which I think is generally
intended for more-serious-than-hobby flying, but that requires training and
certification. The restrictions mostly stay in place, but you can apply for
specific exemptions. The rules about visual line of sight are more specific
in part 107. See 107.31 and 107.33.
