[TriLUG] OT: Temporary Office Space

I'd like to tap the collective. I'm switching jobs and the new one is 
100% remote. I'll be working from home, but am looking to rent an office 
for approximately a month while training. I will need a secured, private 
office as we'd being leaving some equipment there. Does anyone have any 
experience or recommendations along those lines? The RTP/RDU area is 
prefered.
