Yep.  I used to have problems with my cable modem dropping down to a
very slow (<1Mbps) speed, so I set up a cron job to run a speed test
a few times per day.  Yesterday at 6:20pm, it measured low enough
(<10Mbps) to send me an email warning.  I am in Apex/Cary.
