[TriLUG] Location

Hi again, everyone-

Well, we're still in the same situation we were in last month with regards to
location. We've had some leads, and there are still at least two out, but the
search continues.

So, if you know of a location that could handle a TriLUG size crowd (we usually
range between 40 and 60, but occasionally up to 90) in the area, the Steering
Committee would love to hear about it! We're looking for free if possible, but
even if not, let us know and we still may be able to arrange for sponsorship
credit or something similar in return for the meeting space. It would also be
ideal if you know who to contact at whatever venue you have in mind, but if it's
just somewhere where you've attended another meetup and you just know the
company name, we can chase that down. The main thing we need is leads.

As was mentioned before, if any of you either work at a Frontier tenant, or
know someone who does who may be willing to host us, that would be great. We
have enjoyed that venue, and it seems to work pretty well for a fair number of
our members.

Same goes for NCSU, actually. We met there for a number of years, but without
someone in TriLUG who is associated with NCSU, we can't reserve those lecture
halls. We need either a student group or a staff member willing to sponsor us
for that to work. So if you know someone who might be interested, we would love
to have that conversation.

And for all of the above, even if you don't have a venue that you think can work
for our next longer term location, even this month (9/14, next Thursday) would
be helpful. We're still up in the air in that regard as well.

Thank you all for your support. Stay tuned - we'll find a new home soon. :)
