well yes, but if you read the comments on various technical newsgroups, this is
exactly what was supposed to happen.
When you install Kaspersky you agree that any unknown malware on your machine
will be uploaded to Kaspersky for further inspection. The Kaspersky anti-virus
software found the malware that the govt employee had installed on his home
machine, not knowing that it was freedom fighting malware from NSA, and sent it
to Kaspersky. Apparently the Russian Govt has first dibs on malware that
Kaspersky finds.
