hmm more clouds :) 

-  imho the problem started when someone "took work home" 

so the headline should not be anything other than "employee/nsa negligence" or lack 
of security enforcement at .gov

it is shameful how blame is shifted and the 'narrative' is polished to suit whatever agenda. 

what is more disgusting is how successful this happens and how easy it has become.

then again, this is 'post truth' so truth does not matter as much as control and power.
