Arris SB6183 is Docsis 3.0 cable modem and does not suffer from any of 
the Intel Puma 6 TCP/UDP Network Latency issues and is IPv6 capabile.  
Its on latest firmware for TWC/Spectrum: D30CM-OSPREY-1.5.2.3-GA-01-NOSH

Cisco E3000 WiFi router is also on latest factory firmware 1.0.06 as I 
was using it as an access point (vs router).
