[TriLUG] Time-Warner (Spectrum) outage tonight

Interesting that so many sites are unaffected. I hadn't even bothered to
try them. I've never before seen an outage before which took out google &
yahoo, but not facebook, amazon, etc.

This problem has now been ongoing for over 4.5 hours, and counting.
