[TriLUG] Time-Warner (Spectrum) outage tonight

I must admit, my net neutrality assumptions are not very technical and
prolly based on fake news etc..

Anyhoo... I am working on getting TriLUG a speaker from EFF on this topic.
I have some email traffic with Aaron Jue. No guarantees as there would be
travel expenses to cover..
