I highly recommend Brian Henning too.

Also Clinton Ebadi, who after his presentation about building 3d printers
the hard way (basically from scratch), worked to develop the first highly
coveted 3d printed TriTux based on an open Tux design. 3d Printed Trophies
were presented to outbound steering committee members.

Brian Henning did awesome things to further TriTux into production, which
yielded into existence, larger swarms of Triluggers. Things got real when
Brian integrated circuitry for glowing/blinking Morse Code "T-r-i-L-U-G"
into the 3d prints. We had all kinds of folks volunteering to speak on
topics and we got a lot of PR mileage via photo ops when we presented them..

I recommend a Google Image search for "Flickr TriTux" to see their work!
