ask google, "gmail bulk mail guidelines"
My hosting service limits the number of addressees to help control spam. I
requested and they gave me an increased ceiling on my outgoing - a few
hundred. And, I send bcc. This is for a dance group of a low-few-hundred members.
Only problem that I have is on the recipient side: earthlink's overly
aggressive policies result in bounces. And, their remedy is too burdensome. I
seek alternate addresses for those folkies or they are just dropped from my
address book.
