[TriLUG] Ubuntu 16.04 NetworkManager Access Logging

In case anyone finds this, I've satisfied my requirement for extracting 
VPN connection time by using the extended grep below:

egrep 'VPN plugin: state changed: st.*' /var/log/syslog

which gives both 'started' and 'stopped' state (as well as 'stopping' 
but hey, shouldn't be too choosy).
