[TriLUG] Spectrum not in a hurry

Honestly, run the speedtest on the Spectrum website and compare. If it's low, complain. Howl like a banshee. I had to do that when I was their customer. If it's not, then they won't do anything for you, as they use their own site's speed test as the benchmark.
