Michael,

I have an old Dell 620 adapter with very similar specs, if it is still of use to you.  

90 watt, 19.5 v, 4.62 amps w/round 7 mm OD connector (negative outer barrel, positive inner conductor). 

Dell model is LA90PS0-00 (all zeroes in that string).
