2. The reason we chose to use Amazon is JIT manufacturing [1] and shipping to anywhere. If we decide to make a run to take to a conference, then it makes sense to let economy of scale take over.

2.1. Because of JIT, we could offer hoodies and other stuff.

3. We do get most of what Amazon is charging for the shirts. However,
