[TriLUG] Determine Filesystem Defaults

Actually fstab defaults are fairly minimal.  After posting, found 
/proc/mounts which gives *much* more information but alas 'lazytime' 
wasn't one of them.

Just trying to figure out where I would find a definitive list of 
defaults per any type of mounted filesystem.
