I was resurrecting a laptop for a friend, experimenting with various distros. Void looked interesting because of it's small size. For my friend, with little l no Linux experiences, I decided on Mint. I finished that task last year. Done

What features are you looking for? Maybe I know of ways to get those
features. I know Void offers Mate as a Desktop environment.
