[TriLUG] CentOS 8 will become CentOS Stream in 2021

My take on that is that ostensibly they're keeping Fedora as the alpha 
test channel, making CentOS the beta test channel, and trying to squeeze 
more licensing dollars out of people who were happily using CentOS as a 
free RHEL clone.
