I did a couple searches and came up w/the following:

I didn't know Google had even done this one and as the article says
they may have re-implemented it by now:

*Chrome for Android might soon bring back screenshot support in incognito
mode

But the writeup says it only did it when you used Incognito Mode.

Then I also wondered if you are running the Screenshot that comes in the
"mate-utils" package:
