Brian,
Perhaps try "-D <localport>" to establish a SOCKS proxy in your ssh 
connection. Then reconfigure your browser to use this proxy.

That effectively sets your connection as sourcing from machine B.

ssh -D 8080 me at B

Firefox/Chrome, etc just need to be configured. There's also proxy 
extensions that dynamically handle this if it's a frequent configuration.
