[TriLUG] WiFi AP recommendations

You didn't say why you don't want PoE, but the Ubiquiti APs don't have
power jacks. I don't know of any APs off the top of my head that do, but
I'm sure they exist.

However, if you're buying them in the "single" packs, they come with a PoE
injector, so I'm not sure if that satisfies your PoE concern without
digging too much into your business.

If you really want something you can plug in, you could look at the
Ubiquiti "AirCube" devices:
Ubiquiti - airCube <https://www.ui.com/accessories/aircube/>

or their Amplifi mesh APs/routers:

If you're buying a PoE AP, though, I'd go ahead and go with the WiFi 6 4x4
MIMO:

The 2x2 MIMO is cheaper if you don't need the speed:

I'm also a big fan of their "in-wall" devices. Powered by PoE, but can
also act as a switch:
Ubiquiti | UniFi | In–Wall 802.11ac Wi–Fi Access Point
<https://inwall.ui.com/>
Ubiquiti | UniFi | In-Wall 802.11ac Wave 2 Wi-Fi Access Point
<https://inwall-hd.ui.com/>  (4x4 MIMO version)
