[TriLUG] Docker Desktop for Linux

Is that the same thing they had for Mac and Windows, which they want
to charge for (https://www.docker.com/products/docker-desktop/)?  I
try my best not to use GUI wraparounds if I can. In fact, last time I
ran docker in Windows, I installed it using "apt-get install"
