How about running by a Spectrum retail shop and just telling them you need an IPv6-capable modem?  I bet they'd just give you one.

I did in 2020, when I was having flaky IPv6 issues, and they gladly gave me an Arris SB6183 (16x4 DOCSIS 3.0) modem for free.
