20 years ago we put numerous Tranzeo radios in the hollars of West
Virginia at distances much farther that you are looking at for
businesses. It looks like they are now called
https://www.rapiduswireless.com/ and while there maybe something better
now......
I would contact Double Radius (https://www.doubleradius.com/) as they
will sell you the equipment and also if needed conduct a site survey or
at least remotely optimize a solution.
