[TriLUG] amazed and concerned - mailing list membership info reminders

Wasn't this referred to, back in the day, as the "Massive Security 
Breach"
fiasco?  Much hand-waving ensued, and finally everyone decided that it 
didn't
really add up to anything meaningful?

I did some Googling and came up with NOTHING... which makes me think 
this
might've just been some episode I imagined many years ago.

Surely, some of the long-timers here remember what I am talking about,
perhaps with more correct details.
