[TriLUG] Local Laptop X11 Connection

Hello List,

I have a System 76 laptop with Ubuntu 20.04 and two users.  An old well 
established user 'asterger' that can pop up xclock and a newly created 
user 'oracle' that can't.  New user given the same 'export PATH=$PATH' 
but no go.  Noticed asterger user participates in more groups than new user:

Is lack of group participation the reason I get Error: Can't open 
display: under user oracle?  If so what group(s) does the oracle user need?
