[TriLUG] SELF 2024 June 7-9, CLT

Long time Luggers will remember SELF as a good time. It's a free-to-attend
conference on Linux a la SCaLE or OLF. It shut down for a while due to
reasons, but it's back! I missed it last year because I didn't know it was
back, but I know now, and now you know too. Registration will open soon.
