[TriLUG] Trilug -- Current Status

I don't mean to sound negative here, but the following issue should be 
addressed by the folks in charge....

I sent the below email inquiry on the current status of the TriLUG 
organization to the Trilug steering committee today (...mainly regarding 
the 'out of date' content on the trilug.org website.) I received the 
following automated reply:

 >Your message to the TriLUG Steering Committee list was rejected 
because it is a "member's only" list. If you need to get in contact with 
us, use the form on our website: http://trilug.org/contact.
 >We are sorry that we must take this approach, but the ham to spam 
ratio is exceedingly low.

Ok... So, I should use the 'non-existent form' on the 'unmaintained' 
website... Really??? Wow, that seems like a pretty 'unfriendly' approach 
to answering a new user inquiry. It's difficult to contact an 
organization when there are no available contact methods provided 
(...besides a USPS mailing address. BTW: Have you considered applying 
spam filtering to your incoming email server in order to resolve the 
spam issues?) It's my observation that with responses like this, it will 
likely to be very difficult for you to recruit or add any new members to 
your organization in the future. All the best, Bill

All,

I recently looked at trilug.org trying to find current LUG meeting 
information. I found that the website's last posted meeting content is 
now almost two years old (5/16/2022.) The last update to the online wiki 
on the website is even older than that...
Is this group even still active? Are there still meetings being held? 
There is some recent content on the trilug mailing list, but no mention 
of any meetings or the current club status.
