[TriLUG] Windows 10 "Couldn't connect to the printer..." on CUPS

Hey Group.

I already opened an issue at github.com/apple/cups, but thought I'd see
if anyone here had any wisdom as well.

Summary:
Windows 10 Machine 1:
CAN print to CUPS-hosted printer
CAN load CUPS web interface

Windows 10 Machine 2:
CANNOT print to CUPS-hosted printer
CAN load CUPS web interface (?!?!?!)

Details:
I have a CUPS 2.22.10 installation hosting a single USB-connected
printer on a Boundary Devices ARM SBC running Debian 10.11. Outdated,
yes, but it's what we have.

Two Windows 10 machines on an Active Directory (or whatever they call it
now) domain print to that printer. Recently, one started saying
"Windows couldn't connect to the printer..." while the other is still
able to print fine. This seemed to coincide with a changing of my
domain credentials, but I have gone through credential changes before
without any problems.

Both Windows machines are on build 22H2.

Both Windows machines CAN load the CUPS server web page in a web browser
(http://the_server:631). It really seems like the non-working one just
isn't trying. The "couldn't connect" message appears immediately upon
trying to add the printer (I removed it in the usual course of 'try
removing and re-adding'), and nothing appears in the CUPS log (and I
have debug logging turned on).

I'm not sure what to try next. Any ideas?

Thanks!
-Brian
