It sends a signal, which is likely to cause some people to select for you,
and others to filter you.  My advice would be that if it's an honest
representation of your approach to things, it's likely to result in finding
good coworkers and what you would consider a good working environment.  Be
yourself, because anything else is doing everyone a disservice.
