Yes - bridging. My ancient brain didn't remember that  word. ;-)

My router has the external address assigned to it. Anything that enters
from the WAN side for that address is sent to the router. The other
ports on the ATT router can be used with other IP addresses assigned
using DHCP or static config. The ATT router has a 4 port switch.

I have 4 usable IP addresses. I'd need to perform some experiments to
tell you whether the blocking still works. My thinking is that it
should.
