I don't rotate them as often as recommended. M3AAWD recommends rotating DKIM keys every six months 
according to https://www.m3aawg.org/sites/default/files/m3aawg-dkim-key-rotation-bp-2019-03.pdf.  I 
should look into automating that, or at least setting up a recurring task in my todo system.
