Local print newspapers. Call yourself the TriLUG media coordinator, and
submit a tiny article about the great things you can do with a now
obsolete computer, and how TriLUG is having an event where people can
learn how to get another 6 years out of their computers with Linux
Mint, etc. Submit it to ALL the local papers, because only a few will
actually run it.

And yes, you'll get the eyes of some W10 users who don't go on tech
sites and groups.
