I've used olt.com for about 5 years. It's $0 for Federal and $9.95 for 
State (a bargain in my world). The first setup is tedious, filling out all 
your details (eg whether you qualify for miner's black lung disease), but 
the next year is easier as they remember you. Still if you take a break 
(saving your work), you don't get to pick up where you left off - they ask 
you to confirm everything you've entered so far, which is a pain.

I'm happy enough. My taxes get done and that's all I want.
